When you write to us about an existing booking, please include your booking reference and the lead passenger's name, so we can find it quickly.

For flight tickets, changes and cancellations requested through us can only be guaranteed if we receive them at least 24 hours before the flight's scheduled departure, and always depend on the rules of the airline or other travel provider.
